2014-06 Favorite Postcards Received

This month, I had received a special postcard which made from iron and it is very light. I had showed to my dad and my dad asked me to do an experiment by put magnet on the postcard to see whether the magnet will stick on it. The result was the magnet stick on postcard. The purpose of experiment was my dad did not believe that this postcard made from iron that was very light.

It was my first time to send a postcard to myself during Kundasang trip. After few week, this postcard safety arrive my house. This postcard I brought from Desa Dairy Farm.

This postcard sent from Bangkok by Shermin. The picture of postcard shows a center point of Amphawa Floating Market. During my Bangkok trip, I did not go to any floating market due to time limitation. The texture of this postcard is like someone takes a photo of floating market then cut the photo and sticks on a paper. I think that why it call as handmade postcard.

This postcard showed a picture of monster that talked about when meet with problem do not fall down and ran away. That’s right, we must be brave when meet with problem and try to solve it.

Titanic is a classic movie that about sinking of Titanic after colliding with an iceberg that caused the deaths of more than 1,500 people. This postcard is a great collection.

I was attracted by this church which looks so special in term of its structure. This is a Church of Elijah the Prophet that located in Yaroslavl, Russian Federation which built by wealthy merchants.

Through postcard, I did know or learn about some places that I did not heard before such as Maid of the Mist which is a boat tour of Niagara Falls, New York, USA.  This postcard had stated that by standing at the bow, you feel the mist lightly spray your face.

The blog of Miss Igorota had offered free postcard that sent from New Jersey so I had request for it and after few week, this postcard arrived my house. You can read about the travel of Miss Igorota through her blog.
