Pepero is a Korea famous brand that is a cookie sticks, dipped in compound chocolate that manufactured by Lotte Confectionery in South Korea since 1983.
According to Wikipedia, as of 2014, the different flavors which as below:-
Regular or Chocolate
Strawberry flavored
Almond Chocolate
Nude (chocolate in the center with a biscuit coating on the outside)
White Cookie Chocolate
Tiramisu Cheese
In this year, 11 November is Pepero Day in South Korea which is a holiday of giving Pepero snacks to someone special. Pepero Day falls on 11 November because the skinny snacks resemble the numerals in the abbreviated form of the date -- 11/11.
When writing for this post, I just realized that the flavors of Tiramisu Cheese cannot find in my place. This pepero stick has white chocolate with some crunched cookie. As it has chocolate so it is advisable to put in the fridge to avoid the chocolate melt. It has the taste of white chocolate with the biscuit but it is so thin that easily to finish them. Haha..
In this Chinese New Year (CNY), I had won an album from
Onfm. This is CNY song album that titles of “Cai Sheng Bao Bei He Xin Sui”.
In this album have CD and DVD. The different of this album
with other CNY album was it has zodiac fortune of the year 2015 about health,
work, wealth and many more.

Fortune cookie is quite famous in Europe countries which I
knew through TV. As Malaysia did not have fortune cookie so I did not have
chance to try for it until recently that I found it has sell in box.

During grocery shopping in Giant, I had seen many boxes of
fortune cookie on the shelf. When saw them, I was so happy as I can try for it.
In a box has 30 pieces of fortune cookies. To prevent the
cookie from crush, all of them are put in the box so that all are perfect in
shape and the paper won’t come out. These fortune cookies imported and made from
Hong Kong.
After open the small pack, you will see the fortune cookie.
I had searched around and found out that it has a way to eat which I get from
Wikihow as below:-
1. Grab the 2 pointed ends. Pull them apart so that you break
the cookie into 2 pieces at the middle.
2. Eat one half of the cookie.
3. Pull the fortune out and read it. If you like, you can
share your fortune with any dining companions.
4. Eat the other half as you would eat any other cookie.
Eating fortune cookie is so fun. The paper that I get was “You
have a strong desire for a home and your family interests come first.” I will
give my friend and relatives to eat it when they come to visit my house during
Chinese New Year.
Sometimes, my sister easily influences by drama that she
want to try for the food or drink that she seen in drama. Example when she
watched the TVB drama, Triumph in the skies II; she wants to drink Glaceau
Vitamin Water too as many artist in this drama drink of this drinks.
In year 2013, my sister had seen that Glaceau Vitamin Water
had sold in Giant 1 Borneo so she bought an orange flavor Glaceau Vitamin Water
for us to try. At that times, I did not started to watch this drama so my
sister had showed me some drama scene that the artist drink of Glaceau Vitamin
Water.
This Glaceau Vitamin Water is a 500ml per bottle. On the
label of this bottle, I can read that this drink did not have any artificial
color or flavor.
When I tried of this drink, I just know that this drink is
some like mineral water but the different with mineral water is this is an
orange color mineral water with orange flavor so it did not same as the orange
juice that sell at shop. My father also said that this drink is suitable for
old people as it is not too sweet.
On March 2014, finally I had been finished watch all the
episodes of Triumph in the skies II and I had taken a snap for some drama scene
that you can spotted Glaceau Vitamin Water.
In Hong Kong, you can saw that Glaceau Vitamin Water has
its own vending machine with many flavors to be chosen.
The bottles of Glaceau Vitamin Water also can make a love
shape. Does it look romantic?
After arrived at KLCC Station by LRT, We thought that we
had arrived at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) and having lunch at there.
Actually the place that we were having lunch was at Avenue K. When at Avenue K,
we went to Noodle Shack for lunch. It located near with escalator.

not want to eat too much meat while my cousin ordered for Coriander Main fen
Guo. For those who dislike Coriander (fragrance herb), try avoiding to order
this as at above of soup has many Corianders.

When I was back from
work, I was seen a parcel of City-Link on my table with a note that wrote by my
sister as below:
你的City-Link！刚才不小心掉下来，不知东西有没有坏！Sorry! Bye! ^.^
My sister had helped
me to receive a parcel and the parcel had been fall down so she wrote a sorry
note to me as she was in hurry to join for a Buddhist camp.
After open the parcel,
I had found out that inside was a Wrigley’s Doublemint Blackcurrant Flavor mint.
Luckily it was made from steel tin so it was not broken even fall down.
This mint was applied
by me at Doublemint Malaysia
as it had offer samples deliver to home. For me, I had been tried the chewing
gum for Wrigley’s Doublemint and this mint seem new for me so I gave it a try.

Blackcurrant Flavor is a sugar-free mints and it has 35 mints inside of it.
When eat of it, I can feel a mint with blackcurrant taste that made me feel cool and fresh in mouth. Besides blackcurrant flavor, you also can try for Peppermint and Spearmint flavor too.
My cousin’s wedding dinner was organized at Promenade
Hotel. Before 8 o’clock, we had walked from Promenade Service Apartment to
Promenade Hotel.
Before entered the wedding hall, I had saw a beautiful
places with well decorations (picture as below). As my family and relatives
were prepared to go in the hall so I did not come close to it to have a clear
view.

After finished wedding, I had noticed that it is photo
booth that has many DIY props that can use when take photo. I had missed it because
I did not think of my cousin’s wedding will have it as before this I normally
see that wedding from West Malaysia will has it :(

Entered into wedding hall, we went to find our table according
to the number for a sit. My family sat at same table with my Beaufort uncle
& his family and my Kota Kinabalu uncle. The wedding door gift was two love
shaped chocolates.

On 8 p.m., the wedding started with my cousin and her
husband went in the hall with music. After that, cutting cake ceremony and
continued with some entertainment such as singing.
When wedding dinner started, I was planned to take some
food photos but quite shy to make my relatives to wait for me to take the photo
of food before eating it so I decide not to take the food photos.
After finished eat “Special Five Happiness Hors D’oeuvre” which
is a dim sum dish and followed by soup, my mum suddenly asked me to take photo
of the food as memory. As my mum asked for it so I had taken a photo of the soup
but the times I took the photo, the soup had been served for first times and
has some leave in the bowl. To avoid everyone for waiting me to take food
photo, when I saw the waiter on the way served for my table, I already stand by
with my camera. haha..

The quantity for the soup was so many that enough for
served 2nd times for everyone. Normally, the soup that I had met
during dinner was not enough to everyone to serve for 2nd times.
Deep Fried Boneless Chicken Stuffed with Minced Seafood
When I eat for this boneless chicken, the texture was like
fishcake. The sauce is sour which is appetizer.

For me, the sauce for this fish has a little bit salty.
Deep Fried Nestum Prawns with Mayonnaise
This prawn is crispy and delicious but has a little bit salty
for me. This prawn is nice when mix with mayonnaise.
Braised Giant Mushroom with Broccoli
When typing the menu according to the food, I just found
out that the name of the menu for each food was quite long. I think the purpose
is to state more clearly about the food.
Chilled Sea Coconut with Lemon
I like this drinks very much as it is cool that make me have
a chill feeling.
Deep Fried Sesame Balls
After cool drinks, now is the turn of hot desserts which is
deep fried sesame balls. This dessert is nice when served with hot. The ingredient
inside these balls is red bean. As all of us were getting full so we take away this
dessert.
Every wedding has its own wedding theme song so I ending
this post with the wedding song title “Marry Me” by Jam Hsiao which had been
played at my cousin’s wedding.
On August, my aunt had been travel to Vietnam. When she was
back, she had been brought moon cake from Vietnam for us to have some taste on
it. It was my first time to eat moon cake which is not “made in Malaysia”.
This moon cake is durian flavor with plastic packaging
which easy to bring especially for traveller like my aunt. After opened the packaging,
the moon cake did not look nice but when eating it, I can feel the taste of
durian.

This is homemade moon cake which made by my aunt in Tawau.
She is so talent in baking and she also makes some moon cake for sell too. The
shape of this moon cake is so special which like a shape of pear. My aunt’s moon
cake has yellow yolk inside and it also taste good and delicious.
After eating for the third moon cake, the moon cake is Pandan
flavor and I had forgotten to take a photo of it. Actually it is not much
different with the picture as below while the different is that the inside of moon
cake is in green color.
At grocery, I had seen the packaging for Julie biscuit was
so special so I brought one of them for each category to try.
I like its packaging as after I open it, I did not need to finish all biscuits in one times because the packaging of biscuit has a "plastic cap" that can store the biscuits for few days.

When I opened the packaging of biscuit, I can saw inside of
it has a lot of mini size biscuits which was so cute. As the peanut butter in
the biscuit is not much so it will make you want to eat more.

When I eat this biscuit, I can taste out the chocolate
cream. As I am a chocolate lover so I like this biscuit very much. It is so
yummy which is a good choice for your snack times.
3. Cheese Stick Type
Tomato seasoning
Other flavor: Barbeceu seasoning
Before opened the packaging of this biscuit, I thought that
inside of it will has cheese stick with a tomato seasoning like tomato sauce. When
I opened it, I quite surprised as inside only has cheese stick and did not have
any sauce. When I eat the cheese stick, I can feel the tomato taste. It's such like crackers.
