Promenade Service Apartment: Receptionist

During my cousin’s wedding, we had been arranged by my aunt to stay in Promenade Service Apartment with others relatives. It is very easy for us to gather and talk around if we stay in apartment compare with hotel that apartment has living room for gathering.

7^th August 2013 – 9^th August 2013

A day before my cousin’s wedding, we had arrived in Kota Kinabalu. First, we went to apartment for check in. We required to do check in procedure at Marina Court Resort Condominium.

Below are the highlights of Promenade Service Apartment that get from website that I also agreed with it:-

* Complimentary WiFi access at lobby areas.

* The most central Service Apartment in Kota Kinabalu.

* Guest rooms with views overlooking the city.

* A short walk from many of Kota Kinabalu’s attractions and conveniences.

The lobby is so spacious that has a vending machine and newspaper rack that you can read newspaper at there.

At Reception counter, I had saw near of counter has an open area restaurant but we did not utilize the breakfast voucher that given as it has 6 vouchers but total of us is above 6 peoples.

Room charge: RM 340

Service charge: RM 34.00

Government tax: RM 20.40

Total: RM 394.40

Walk straight from Reception counter, you can saw has a swimming pool that open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.  During the stay, I did not play around swimming pool with other cousins as we are in rush and our schedule was full.

Award

After done with registration, we were given a map with key and receptionist taught us how to find our Apartment A2 as at there has some apartments located together. All of us are first time stay in this apartment.

We also given a temporary parking pass card that must put in car to show up. It means that we allowed parking our car at parking lot with number of A405. If park the car at other parking lot will cause penalty and tire will be lock. As we had 2 cars so one of the cars parked at parking lots while the other car can choose to park the car at parking lot with “Visitor” mark but limited.

This apartment has high security as every time we go in and out of apartment need to have a flash card with us to scan it so it is very safe.
