Sibu Instant Kampua
Kampua is a noodle tossed in pork lard or vegetable oil, fried
shallots, spring onions and sometimes soy sauce and/or chili sauce. It is
available at almost all coffee shops and food stalls in Sibu - Wikipedia

My sister had bought 2
packets of Kampua from her colleague who just back from Sibu. For me, I had
been tried for Kampua in Kuching before.
The next day, my mum
cooks Kampua for us for breakfast.
Cooking Instruction:
1. Cook noodles in
boiling water for 3 minutes
2. Drain the noodle until
dry
3. Mix the noodle well
with seasonings
*You can add the ingredients that you like to your Kampua.
The taste of kampua is
nice. The things that you need to pay attention is after cook it, you better
finish it directly because the noodle will be dry if you leave for a while to
eat it.
As the noodle did not
have any preservation so you better consume within 3 months.
My Kampua has barbecue
pork, vegetable and egg.
For the first time, I eat
Kampua with original while during second times I had put some soy sauce to my
Kampua. I did not put many soy sauce so my Kampua did not has super black
color but I can taste has a little bit salty.

After see this great offer, I also spotted a book that I want to
buy so as usual I need to buy few books to enjoy the free shipping.

I had received my book that purchases from MPHOnline.com. When
unpack it, I found out that one of the books had some pages torn out which as
below:-
Before email to the Customer Service Department, I had search for
their website to read for the return policy which as below:-

We will
accept returns from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within
7 days of receipts of the shipment on the following conditions:-
Incorrect
or defective item(s) delivered
The items
returned to us in its original condition
We will
extend a full refund for the price of any item that fulfills the above
requirements. We regret that shipping cost for your purchases will only be
refunded if the return had been due to an oversight on our part.
After read the return policy, I wrote an email to Customer Service
Department to ask for replacement. After email, I had received a reply from them
that Operations Team will investigate on this matter and will revert to me after receiving their confirmation reply.

I received email from Customer Service Department that they will ask
PosLaju to collect the book from me and PosLaju will contact me prior to
collection. Then, I need to re-pack the book to prevent further damage during
delivery.
For the replacement copy, they will arrange for the delivery as
soon as possible and will update me via phone or email once the book are ready
for delivery.

PosLaju had come to my house to collect the book. This is very
good as I did not need to go PosLaju to return it.
18 September 2014
After return the damage
copy to MPHOnline.com, I did not receive my replacement copy yet so I write an
email to Customer Service Department again. They told me that they did not
receive the replacement stocks from the supplier yet.
23 September 2014
I had received email from Customer Service Department that my
replacement copy had been delivered and give me the PosLaju’s tracking number.
24 September 2014
Finally, I had received the replacement copy and this time the
book is in good condition. Hooray!
MPHOnline is very good in book return services but the whole process
take a long time. I hope that next time I will not meet with that problem
again.
The books that bought by me had been discounted by 15% discount
during the sale which as below:-
As next year will start for GST so I bought for this book to
increase my general knowledge about it. This book is very attractive as it has
some illustration on it. It did explain some simple guide for GST.
From the exchange activity, I know about Kopitiam series book. This time, I had purchase
Kopitiam’s other series of book. At its first book, I just knew that every
character in this comic has own style such as an aunt that sell nasi lemak has
a chicken wing on her hair, the face of boss like a bread and so on. By read for
the earlier series made me know well about the story.

Jeffersonism Postcard Collection 2
I had missed out with Jeffersonism Postcard Collection 1 (his
unTITLEd artwork postcard 1-50) in year 2012 as before this I did not know
about it. Now, he has prints 500 sets of Jeffersonism Postcard Collection 2
(his unTITLEd artwork postcard 51-100) only so for those interested, don’t
wait.
The
unTITLEd Project is the 1st project under Jeffersonism who loves to
combine every single piece into a big piece of picture - Jeffersonism
To look clearly each pieces of postcard in Jeffersonism Postcard

As the Jeffersonism Postcard Collection 2’s postcard all in black
and white so I just wonder that if color it, what will happened but if really
want to color them, I think my eyes will be blur because many small doodles end
up with a big doodle postcard.

Food Stalls Opposite Apasari Krabi

Our
initial plan was go to Krabi Town after island hoping but due to too tired from island hoping
so we cancelled it and just dinner at food stall that around resort. After went
around, we had chosen a food stall that opposite Apasari Krabi for our dinner.
We had ordered some food to be share with each other.

| Mango Sticky Rice |
Highly
recommend for this food stall’s mango sticky rice as the portion is big and
delicious. This mango sticky rice had topped with coconut milk. When in Krabi,
try look for food stall to get mango sticky rice as it is cheap and big
portion.

This
Tomyam is acceptable for me compare with yesterday dinner at E-San Seafood and Thai Food.
The soup did not too sour so I can drink more.

Pad
Thai is a stir-fried rice noodle that some like Kway Teow in Malaysia. It has some shrimp, bean sprout, peanut and
many more. This is one of my favorite Thai dishes.

In
these few days, we always ate meat and seafood so must order some vegetable to
balance our diet.

Fried
rice quite common in Malaysia but Tom Yam fried rice was my first time to try
for. This rice did not so spicy. Maybe we had made request for the owner that
we want medium spicy. If you likes spicy can asks for super spicy.

We
had ordered fruits shake which are banana, lemon, dragon fruits and blueberry
flavor. I ordered for lemon that was sour which is a good appetizer.
When
we finished ate our dinner, we had met with a few China tourists and they
highly recommend us that must tried for Coconut Shake that we did not order for
this during dinner. Never mind, next time if have chance to go there again can
try for this drink.
