Betty and her husband moved to Tokyo in 1994. This illustration
book is about food in Japan including some Japan culture too. This is a good
book to know more about Japan food.
In Japan, if you want to eat inexpensive places, try look
for Aka Chochin (Hanging lantern).
Through this book, I just knew Japan has grilled
salamander. As Betty drawn it on book so I tried google to see the real look of
salamander. It looks like lizards and quite disgusting if want me to eat it.
The toilet in Japan is high technology which has many different
function of button.
Japanese food is one of my favourite, can't get enough of them.
