India Street in Kuching

                                        
In last day for Kuching trip, I had went to India Street to take a look. Due to the time limit, I just take a glance for India Street and did not has much time to discover and shopping at there. In India Street, it has many shops that selling all kind of goods such as textile, cloth, food and others.

At first, India Street Mall was called as the Kling Street in the 1850's but the Third White Rajah of Sarawak, Sir Charles Vyner Brooke changed the name to India Street in 1928. In 1992, the street was closed to vehicular traffic and converted into a pedestrian mall.

When you follow this lane or passageway, you will see a small mosque hidden away in the middle of city.
