As a new
contact lens wearer, I had searching information on how to wear contact lenses
in easy steps at Acuvue website. Below
are the steps that I get from Acuvue website:-

1.
Wash your hands thoroughly.

| 2. Place contact lens on index finger. |
 |
3.
With your other hand’s index finger, pull and
hold your upper eyelid while
the middle finger pulls the lower lid down.
|
 |
4.
Carefully place the contact lens on your
cornea.
|
 |
5.
Gently close your eyes.
