Bloop Nail It Strip

As the step of Christmas is getting closer so are you ready to celebrate Christmas with new look? While being preparation for Christmas, don’t forget to style your nail too. In this post, I will show how to style your nail with a fast and easy way which is using nail wrap so you can DIY it at home.

What is Nail Wrap?
Nail wrap is a method of nail decoration used as an alternative to polish. It is very safe as it did not include any chemical and alcohol content with a super thin and realistic wrap on nail. Besides that, it allows air to penetrate through nails compare with nail polish and no dying time that save more times. Last, nail wrap can lasts for 5-7 days.

In this post, I will use Bloop Nail It Strip to decorate my sister's finger nails. Each Bloop Nail It Strip pack comes with a mini nail file.

Tips
1. Make sure your finger nails a bit longer (at least 1-2mm) to apply Nail Strip.
Reason: You may find it quite hard to file off nicely if your finger nails are too short.

2. Apply base/top coat on nails.
Reason: It will stabilize the Nail Strip and make it even last longer.

3. Nail strip may too big for your nail so you need to measure and cut out that particular piece before stick on nails.
Reason: Nail Strips all come with standard size hence we need to alter it to fit on our finger nails.

How to use:
1. Choose the best strip size for each nail.
Note: It has extra 2 nails strips for backup purpose

2. Remove the transparent protective layer.

3. Align & place the nail strip on nail
Note: Make sure you stick the strip on finger nails nicely and not on fingers as you will find it easily peel off due to not stick on nails properly.

4. Rub strip over nail starting from center then follow by pressing left and right edge.
Note: If you saw some uneven area, press or rub it gently to make it even.

5. Press the excess nail strip over the edges of the nail

6. Position the nail file at vertical position and downward motion to file off the excess strip gently.
Note: Do not do up and down motion as it may spoil the strip due to nail strip designed was a little bit thinner to ensure your nails are breathable.

7. Smooth nail to remove any excess air bubbles.

Nail Strip Removal
1. Remove the top coat with a nail polish remover if you had apply top coat on nail before

2. Dip nails into warm water for 5-10 minutes. Then, gently peel off nail strips

3. Remove any excess glue with bloop nail polish remover

As my sister looks so interested with this nail strip so I had stick the nail strip on her nail. As it was my first time to use it so I had spent more times in explore and stick it. All I can say was my sister and I am enjoyable with whole of the process and very satisfied with the outcome.

As this time, this nail strip was stick on my sister’s fingers nail that made me very envy of her fingers so I plan to purchase nail strip on my future purchases especially has any special celebration or event as it is an easy DIY nail art that can do at home with affordable price compare with nail art salon.

9th December 2013

I had received a parcel from HiShop for reviewing nail products of Bloop. Bloop is not a strange brand for me as before this I had tried for Bloop Marine Cleansing Gel and Bloop LV Lip Gloss but for nail products, it was my first times to try for it. Inside of parcel has nail wraps for finger and toe with a nail polish.

First, I choose for nail polish to try first as I am so familiar with nail polish and before this had been tried for some different brand’s nail polish.  My Bloop nail polish has 13.5ml with pink glossy color.

When applying this nail polish, I found out that it has a little bit hard as it has sticky texture when apply on my nail. After done for applying and drying, I feel in love with its pink glossy color as it makes me think of Sakura flower and spring. After apply for a week, my nail color still looks nice.

2013-11 Favorite Postcards Received (Part 1)

In November, I had received a surprise mails from postman because he had sent the postcards to me on Sunday. For your information that Sunday is rest day for postman so it is very rare to see postman working during Sunday. I need to say a very big “Thank you” for him that brighten up my Sunday.

Recently, I had been head from my mum (mum also heard from neighbor) that In October, postman had encounter with transport problem that had been delay in deliver the mail so I think that in order to clear out all the mail, postman need to work out on Sunday too.

This postcard sent from Italy. It has a title of “Cowgirl in the City” and the shoe looks colorful and smart.

This postcard sent from Hong Kong by Dennis. This postcard shows a picture of Wu Yuang, China which looks peace and the people live at there seem enjoying a simple life like washing clothes besides river.

This postcard sent by Aloisia. She knew that Malaysia never snow so she hope that I had fun with a winter view from her home village in Austrian mountains. This postcard really has a great winter view with snow anywhere.

This postcard sent by Tinilu from Austria, Europe. The postcard shows a picture of vegetable in jar. In overall view, all of the vegetable in jars look colorful.

This is a meaningful postcard as at the back of postcard has signatures of all the Postcrossers that joining for meeting on 12th October 2013. It seems like a fun meeting as postcard collectors gather together to talk about postcard.

This postcard has two meaningful quotes in Chinese that I would like to share and I will translate it to English. Hope you can understand my translation.

Front:想改变世界,很难;要改变自己,则较为容易。当自己改变后,眼中的世界自然也跟着改变了。

It is very difficult to change the world but it is easier to change own self. When made a self-change, in the eyes of world will follow naturally changed.

We are small yet growth slowly, always hopes to do the things that we did not has enough strength for it and envy the dream that had been completed by others. In fact, the most important is we just need to enjoy the moment and take it step by step. At some day, we will discover that the things that we done before was so simple and good but without any regret.

This postcard also has a meaningful Chinese Quote and I will translate it too.

我们也许有个不堪回首的过去,但幸运的是还有个洁白无瑕的未来。

Perhaps we may have a painful past but luckily we still have a snow-white future.

This postcard sent from Taiwan by Ling. I love this postcard not only with the beautiful pictures of Kaohsiung City but with the handmade felt of Ling. Did you notice that Ling had made a word of “Taiwan” with green felt and for the word of “I”, she represent it with Taipei 101. I like her creativity very much although it looks simple.

This is a DIY postcard as I can make a Beagle by cut out the postcard in pieces but I did not do it as I reluctant to cut it as at the back of postcard has some words with nice stamps.

This is an advertisement postcard of “热天酣眠” a Taiwanese theater. When searching for the Chinese word of ’’, I type the pinyin for it is ‘gan’ and cannot find it so I check from dictionary and the correct pinyin is ‘han’. This postcard looks attractive and nice with the actor and actress. I never been see any theater before and hope that in future has chance to see it.

Green & Red Bell Peppers

As I want to do Tortillas Pizza so I accompany my mum go to market.

At market about 10 minutes, all the ingredients I had been success to find them except red bell peppers as it did not locate together with green bell peppers so I asked my mum for help.

Me: Mum, do you see red bell peppers?

Mum: You just buy some green bell peppers and wait for them to ripe then you will get your red bell peppers.

Me: …………….

When I want to pay for my vegetables, suddenly, I had found out those red bell peppers which locate near with the owner of the stall.

I am curious that why the owner did not put the green and red bell peppers besides with each other so that I will easily find them ٩(×̯×)۶
