Beside inside, you also can choose to dine at outside of restaurant. It has a small playground at there. The surroundings of outside restaurant is nice.

Es Krim Angi

21 September 2017 (Thursday)

Few month ago, Malaysia been changed Awal Muharram public holiday from 21 September to 22 September while Indonesia still maintained Awal Muharram as 21 September, weird right?

When in Es Krim Angi, I curious that why has kids come to eat ice cream as now is school day. My friend said maybe today is public holiday and we had double confirm with GO-JEK driver that today is public holiday.

The location of Es Krim Angi is in housing area. Beside selling ice cream, you can found some snacks.

You can choose to eat ice cream in coconut shell or plastic cup. Of course, the cup is cheaper.

We ordered chocolate ice cream in cup and vanilla ice cream in coconut shell.

I thought is just an ordinary ice cream except it is by homemade. Eat some bite and found surprises that inside ice cream has some ingredients such as red bean, jackfruit small cube, cincau (grass jelly) and many more. It is taste good, I like this combination of ice cream.

20 September 2017 (Wednesday)

This recreational park is located at Jalan Rahadi Oesman, right in front of the office of City Mayor of Pontianak. Alun Kapuas Park is a beautiful and comfortable place to relax while enjoying the view of the Kapuas River and its activities. It is a popular city park along the Kapuas River featuring esplanades around a monumental central fountain (online souces)

When in Alun Kapuas Park, we took local ferry cruising which cost 15,000 Rupiah per person for around 40 minutes. The boat has 2 floors. You just go in the ferry without buy any ticket. When the ferry departure, the staff will come to collect money from you.

Many local people like to take this local ferry cruising with family and children. You also can order some food and drinks inside the ferry to enjoy it while see the beautiful view.

During cruising,  I saw Jami Mosque or Masjid Sultan Syarif Abdurrahman that is the oldest mosque which made by wood. It looks very big.

The Malay water village is so beautiful and I saw some houses have painted with some art.

The ferry cruise that I took in evening. Therefore, when back to park, the night become dark and can enjoy the night view of Pontianak.

In the park, can take picture with Upin & Ipin and Elsa (Frozen Princess). I think children will love about it.

You also can see a replica of equator monument at this park. The local people sure very curious what I take picture with? Haha..
