Cancer Prevention in 2 Ways

In this May, I was collaborating with Mesothelioma + Asbestos Awareness Center to spread awareness for cancer in general.

Talking about cancer prevention, you may find lots of ways to stay healthy online. The Mesothelioma + Asbestos Awareness Center for example posted an article about cancer prevention and things to keep in mind for a healthier future. Along with diet and exercise environmental dangers like radon and asbestos can be important to avoid since exposure can lead to cancer as well, asbestos especially since it can cause a cancer called mesothelioma. Keeping your environment in mind is so important but I‘ll also share just 2 ways of my own for cancer prevention.

CANCER PREVENTION

Say NO to Processed Food, Say YES to Real Food

Processed food is the transformation of raw ingredients by physical or chemical means into food or of food into other forms. It combines raw food ingredients to produce marketable food products that can be easily prepared and served by the consumer. To know what is the ingredients inside of processed food, take a look for below video.

The processed food includes bacon, hotdog, biscuits, fruits canned, candy and others. It can cause cancer when you always eat them because they are not healthy food.

So what should we eat?

The answer is real food. Real food is food which truly nourishes producers, consumers, communities and the earth. The example of real food includes vegetable, fruits, egg and many more.

To avoid eating processed food, we must understand the food label before buy the food. Below is the video show how to read the food label. As a consumer, we must be smart to buy food which good for our health.

Say NO to Couch Potato, Say YES to Exercises

I knew that some of you might say that no time in doing exercise daily because busy in working and life. Now, let me share with an exercise which just need 4 minutes, don’t tell me that you cannot spare out 4 minutes per day. This exercise is Tabata which is a high-intensity interval training (HITT) workout, featuring exercises that last 4 minutes.

The structure of Tabata workout is workout for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and complete 8 rounds (4 exercises repeat in 2 times). It has many Tabata workout videos you can find at Youtube. Below is one of the Tabata video.

Be good to your body because it is the one who accompany you until last.
