Kuala Lumpur + Seremban Trips 2019

This trip was together with my family as all of us attended my sister’s convocation in Wisma Win (MRT Taman Tun Dr Ismail).

When searching for KL Trip, I found out some useful website which as below:-

Check MRT / LRT / Monorail fare: TouchnGo cheaper than cash

Estimated Fare for Grab: only for small car

Rapid KL Airport Shuttle: This is a new shuttle bus to Putra Height LRT (RM 10 include train and bus)

The transport in KL, I mostly used Grab apps as it is convenient for a big family to travel around. For first time user, you can use my referral code “GRABVY1LF9MR”.

From March until 28 April, in KLIA 2 has Pop-up Store of Doraemon. At there, you can buy some souvenirs or take pictures with Doraemon and friends.

In KLIA2, I was having lunch in Quizinn by Rasa and ordered Kabsah Chicken RM 10.50 (Promotion price). From KLIA2 to KL Sentral, I took bus that cost me RM 12 per trip (to KLIA Airport also same price).

When in KL Sentral, I went to Aloft KL Sentral- Hotel Lobby to call for Grab as I did not have any idea where to wait for Grab if inside KL Sentral. In KL, you can see quite many toll station and Grab will charge toll fee to your Grabpay if you choose this payment method.

From MRT Maluri, you can go to Sunway Velocity or Aeon Mall. It is so convenience as you not need to cross the road to reach Sunway Velocity. Inside Sunway Velocity has Aeon Grocery Shop.

In Sunway Velocity, we went to Sushi King for dinner. That time Sushi King organized a contest for every spending RM68 and above can join for the contest. The prize is so attractive, which is Osaka trip. I don't have any luck :(.

Inside of Wisma Win has a hall but not so big. Besides that, it has Wim-Azah Aziz Gallery of Malay Traditional Costumes, which is quite interesting for me.

In 1Utama Shopping Centre, I was having lunch in Food Republic. I ordered Chili Pan Mee RM 9.01 that taste so-so.

Using MRT Cochrane also can link to MyTown Shopping Centre by using underground but I used Grab to reach this mall. Near with this mall has IKEA Cheras. I was having my dinner (Sun Kong Tofu Rice with Sunny Egg-RM 9.43) in Food Empire Level 3.

This was my first time go IKEA which the head office in Sweden. It is so big!

Initially we planned go to Ipoh but due to school holiday, the train was full. Next time, you can call to KTM station to ask for seat available to Ipoh.

Then we changed to Seremban as it takes around 1 hour 20 minutes to reach by using KTM. In KL Sentral, you can use Identity Card (IC) as TouchnGo card. You just need to reload minimum RM 10. My advice is ask the staff for the fee return of Seremban and reload it into IC as Seremban KTM Station cannot reload for IC.

When want back to KL Sentral, Seremban KTM Station cannot help to reload IC so I need to use KTM Card (Card RM 5 and Reload RM 10). In food court of NuSentral, you can showed your KTM card to enjoy 10% discount for food and drinks except some promotion items. Example Marbo Nasu Don (RM 10.61 after discount –usual price RM 12.50) or Fettucine Vegetarian (RM 10.80 after discount-usual price RM 12).
