Magic Show 2016

Do you ever watch magic show in real rather than in television?

In February, I had purchased a magic show ticket (RM 20) to watch it. All the profit from ticket selling will contribute to Che Cheng Khor.

27^th February 2016

Around 7:00 p.m., I had arrived at the hall. That time, I can saw rehearsal of music band in progress.

Around 7:45 p.m., the magic show begins by speech and souvenir giving for performers.

The first show was singing 3 songs by The Cappuccino. I was surprised to see that little drummer who is 9 years old. The drum is bigger than he. It has 2 drummers take turn in the performances.

The first magic show conducted by Shang Guan. He is a teacher who giving talks or consulting and teaching kids about magic.

He drawn some flowers on a book and the book can turn out some real flowers.  ~ Magic ~

Shang Guan also can turns the pictures of burger and French fries in menu into real food. It is really real food because he had ate them. When you saw the menu again, the picture of burger and French fries will become blank because it had been eaten.

This little magician is the student of Shang Guan. She also knew how to magic. She had given audiences to see the empty paper bag and then she can take out small box from the paper bag.

After performance by little magician, it followed by singing from The Cappuccino. Then, it’s magic show by Shang Guan again. When he was arranged the chair, many of us just think that he may need someone for this magic but we are wrong because the chairs are for big poker cards. Haha..

Another little magician shows her magic. This little magician with previous little magician are sisters. Both of them like magic.

The last magic show performed by Malaysia famous magician, Aaron Pang. He had been awarded in many competitions. I found out that many magicians will have stick and handkerchief for their performance.

I like the interaction between magician with the kid. A boy had been come on the stage and magician asked him to follow what he do. At the show, magician had put handkerchief into the boy’s pocket. Last, when magician took out the handkerchief, beside handkerchief, all of us saw the underwear. Is the underwear from the kid? The magician is naughty. Hehe..

The show followed by another boy. Magician gave tissue to the boy and asked him follow what he do. Magician threw some little pieces from tissue and the boy also tears little pieces from tissue and throw it. Then, magician put the tissue into own mouth and the boy also followed. Magician pull out a long pieces of color tissue from his mouth but the boy cannot do it. The boy seems shocked to see it. All of us were having a laugh.

This time, magician invited a lady for this magic show. He asked lady to take a poker card and sign a complicated signature on the poker card chosen. Then he put the poker card into stack of pokers card and “wash” it. Automatically, the lady’s poker card will in the pocket of magician. Last, magician asked lady to take out the poker card from his pocket.

This time, the card taken out was not the signed poker card then magician took out many pieces of poker cards from his pocket for lady to find whether the card in there. Actually the signed poker card was in the hand of magician.

The table of magician is so cool because it knew how to fly.

Magician had come down from stage and chose my sister to try this flying table. The video as below:-

The magician had given my sister a rainbow balloon which is so beautiful.

The show ended with many confetti flied on the sky with the fan. It is so beautiful!

A Night with Millionaire $$$

This post must write in my blog for my memories as this dinner was so much different with the dinner that I went before especially the performance of the night.

As my seat was no so strategic for taking photo so I just managed to take some pictures of sand performance as it display on a screen and LED dance that no so clear.

This night entertained by the song from Corey Su and the Band that came from Kuching. Papi Zak (standup comedian/ radio announcer) had talked some jokes to cheer up the night. There were so many jokes that he talked about and he ended up his jokes by telling that Chinese girls are superstitious as her Chinese girlfriend always think that he is laughing Buddha that will touching his stomach and said “Money come, money come!” Haha..

The performance that I like the most will be sand performance as I always watch through TV but now I can watch by live. This sand performance is different from the one that I saw from TV as it shows many famous places in Labuan such as Dataran Labuan, Labuan International Sea Sport complex, mosque and many more. 

As I did not took picture for this “The Magical Quick Dress Change Show” by Mark and Pinky so I tried google about it and found out that many of their videos in Youtube and below is one of the video that taken from Youtube:-

Besides “The Magical Quick Dress Change Show”, it has “LED Dance” that also comes from VIVAS Magic Entertainment. VIVAS Magic Entertainment is offering magical entertainment for corporate and special events worldwide.

This LED Dance was so cool and this also my first time to hear and watched this performance. It really opens my eyes.

As the theme of this dinner was “A Night with The Millionaire” so the prize also in million such as the prize will be 15,000 million in other currency so when currency exchange to Malaysia currency is not million. Haha.. It is a trick.  

Before the dinner start, each people at my table draw a number from the box. The grand prize was RM 5,000 which is so attractive. At the end of lucky draw, there were 2 people at my table get the prizes which were voucher and RM 100.

Random Updates: My Sister’s Convocation 2014

24^th November 2014 was my sister’s big day as she graduated. My family and I had gone to UMS to witness the precious time of my sister.

It was been 3 years that I did not return to my University after graduation. It did have some changes such as new lecture halls, bus stop and many more. The things that did not change and surprise me will be the bus fee to own hostel (RM 0.50) and 1 Borneo (RM 1.00) as it still remain and I had took my family to experience it when we want go to 1 Borneo after convocation.

In the morning, we took taxi to UMS that cost us RM 30 per trip. It was traffic jam during the way to UMS as many people also went to same places. The taxi driver took us to bus stop opposite library as the road to Dewan Canselor had been blocked.

On the way to Dewan Canselor, I had taken some pictures of the view and building. Library is the place where I always go for group discussion, borrow book and mainly spending time to online. Haha..

Near with Dewan Canselor, you can see many people start to do selling flower or bear business. That has lots of flowers and bears for you to choose for.

Before enter the Dewan Canselor, we had went to buy fresh flower for my sister. The choice for fresh sunflower is limited and lastly we bought sunflower from a stall. A boutique of sunflower cost RM 55 with a small bear inside flower which cost RM 5.

Before buy for this sunflower, I had suggested go to Tamu Gadang as previously it near with Dewan Canselor and it has lots of stalls for us to choose for. On the way go out from Dewan Canselor, I had asked for a girl about the Tamu Gadang and knew that it had been moved to Padang Kawad which far away from here so lastly, we just bought the flower at Dewan Canselor.

In Dewan Canselor, it has lots of family sitting inside as we were quite late so my family and I sit at upstairs. Some people even sit on stairs as it was fully seated.

When the convocation starts, I had seen two old parents came to find a seat. The old lady had found a seat while an old man did not find of it. Suddenly a young man offers his seat to old man and he sit on stairs. Give a thumb up to the young man.

At the middle of convocation, it has a short rest time that has a short singing performance. Awesome!

When I was a graduate, I was so nervous and sit to wait for my turn. Now, I went there as a member of family and I feel asleep to wait for my sister’s turn. Haha… That the difference of graduate and family.

After my sister turn, my family and I had went out before the convocation end. We wait she at in front of Dewan Canselor for photo session.
