Nova Kuching Hotel

Nova Kuching Hotel located behind of Public Mutual office. It is very near with shopping mall such as Sarawak Plaza and Tun Jugah Mall. The famous Chong Choon Café also near with this hotel. Walk within 10 minutes also can reach Top Spot Seafood Food Court (inside UTC building). If you want to walk from hotel to India Street then it is a bit far but reachable. It is also near with China town called Padungan

At the lobby has vending machine which cost RM 1 for all drinks. You can read newspaper at the lobby too. The design is stylish with modern amenities.

The check in time is 2 p.m. while check out time is 12 p.m. If you late for check in do tell the receptionist.

The lift is very high-tech because is using touch but not press the number. At hotel has 24 hour security (CCTV) system which you can access from your room TV.

We stayed at Superior King Room which cost RM 129.00 per night. Inside the room has two king size beds which can accommodate 5 of us.

The switch did not have on and off to press. When you put the plug into the switch, it automatically on and has electricity.

Inside cupboard has security box and extra pillow.

Inside bathroom has hot and cold shower with hair dryer. Beside that it has shampoo, soap, shower cap and others.

At the second day night, we found out that the toilet bowl was difficult to flush away so request to fix it but until the morning still did not have any staff come. At the next morning, some of us are using the toilet at lobby there due to toilet bowl problem. We complained with receptionist and he said that the toilet was stuck because we throw toilet paper in it. Em..Quite weird right cannot throw toilet paper into toilet bowl.
