When in Bangkok, I had told my friends about the MBK Center’s great deal that I found in Air Asia Magazine so all of us had been planned go to MBK Center to enjoy the deal. What is the great offer for tourist?  I will tell more in this post.

MBK Center has 8 floors that packed with more than 2,500 shops that sell everything from clothing, handbags, mobile phone and many more. It is near with Siam Discovery, Siam Centre and Siam Paragon.

After finished visit Madame Tussauds, we went to MBK center through the sky bridge before go to Ocean World in Siam Paragon. The sky bridge is so convenience for us to any Siam Mall and MBK Center as every of them connect with this sky bridge. The most important things are you need to know in which floor of shopping mall is connect with this sky bridge.

The purpose that we went to MBK Center was to get a free T-Shirt. In 3Sixty Magazine, I had saw that by capture the photo of “I Love MBK” and show with passport at Bag Deposit Counter at 6^th Floor that we can get a FREE MBK Tourist Discount Card with T-Shirt.  

When In MBK Center, I had saw has MBK Directory so I took one for references. As we did not sure whether we need to capture of the picture or just show them the magazine that I took with my camera so we direct went to Bag Deposit Counter to ask for more information.

When at Bag Deposit Counter, the staff just asked us to show her the passport and wrote our name and email on a form. The T-shirt has 2 sizes which are Size L & M. We girls took for size M while the boy took for size L. The design or picture on T-shirt is different for size L & M. The size M T-shirt has a picture of Thai elephant while Size L has Tuk-tuk. Although this T-shirt is free, it still has good quality that did not too thin. We wear it during our dinner.

This Bag Deposit Counter is so convenience for shopper as you can place you luggage or shopping haul at there. You even can borrow MBK Shopping Cart during shopping. It is open daily from 11.00 a.m. to 9 p.m. At 6^th Floor also has a prayer room that suitable for Muslim.

Besides T-shirt, we also get a Tourist Discount Card which expired at December 2016. By using this card, you will enjoy 5-30% discount in MBK Center by looks for the Tourist Discount Sign located in front of the participating shops. 

While at Bag Deposit Counter, I had spotted that it also has welcome drink for tourist so we also went to look for the drink after get the T-shirt.

Before go in The Fifth Food Avenue (5^th Floor), we was giving a card for us to spend in there. This card has credit limit of 1,000 baht that must present when order the food. It must be return when leaving the food hall. For card which lost or damaged will be penalty for 1,100 baht. This is different from Food Republic in Siam Center that you need to reload for the card first.

We had claimed our Thai ice tea at The Juice Bar after get the card. Same like get the T-shirt that we need to write down our details. The claiming was from 11.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Inside of this food hall has many food stalls but we did not have chance to try for it as we rush for next station, Ocean World.

Places that missed by me due to short of time:-

i. Thai Boxing (saw from MBK Directory): Every Wednesday start 6 p.m. that has free admission

ii. Magic Art Museum (7^th floor): 3D pictures painted by Thai artists

iii. Mister Donut: Hello Kitty Donut
