Tune Hotel (Cyberjaya, DPulze Mall)

13th-16th December 2018

This Tune Hotel is link with DPulze Mall so it is very convenient. I paid RM 210 for 4 days 3 nights and the price not include breakfast. Besides DPulze Mall, near with hotel has some restaurants especially Arab Restaurant.

The lobby is quite comfortable.

In Cyberjaya, it is quite hard to find food in the morning around Tune Hotel as most of the restaurants open until midnight. Beside hotel has convenience shop.

I stayed in double room with queen size bed. It has bathroom with hot shower. The bathroom is clean and water from hot shower is quite strong.

This room has air-condition and ceiling fans. The TV is only basic channel include Astro.

It also provide free WiFi and the connection is good.

I like its full-length mirror.

I stayed in room 1015. At night, I like the view see from the room. The night view is so beautiful!

In overall, I quite satisfied with my stay in Tune Hotel - Cyberjaya DPulze Mall.

Al-Qasr Restaurant 2018

13th Dec 2018 (Thursday)

In Cyberjaya, it has many Arab restaurant. When searching, I saw many people recommend Al-Qasr Restaurant. The other choice included Saba Restaurant and Hadramot Village (quite expensive and inside DPulze Mall)

In Arab, the meaning of “Al-Qasr” is “welcome to castle”. I used Grab to here. This restaurant served authentic Arabic cuisine origins from Turkey to Yemen.

When I went in, I saw inside restaurant are all the man but I just went in and have a seat. I ordered quarterly Mandi Chicken (Yemen Food) RM 15 with a glass of water.

For me, the food will be good if add on some vegetable instead of chicken and rice.

My cousin is so talent that she made dry orange slice for us. This is a healthy snack. This orange slice taste a bit bitter as my cousin did not put any sugar and it is very original. My aunty bring the snack all from Kota Kinabalu to us for a try.

In Sungai Petani, it is very convenient by using Grab. Before trip, I reload some money in GrabPay and used in Sungai Petani. For first timer use GrabPay, the first trip only charges RM3 to anywhere.

On 27th October, my cousin was having wedding dinner in Restoran Sin Piao Siang. The next night, wedding dinner in New Jade garden Seafood Restaurant. New Jade garden Seafood Restaurant is a new restaurant that move out from old places. When pin the location for Grab, the Grab driver bring us to old place. I just knew that this restaurant near with Amanjaya Mall. Lastly, we did reached and the driver charged us additional charges.

On Saturday morning, we were having breakfast in N & N restaurant (opposite D.Wifi Hotel ). Besides restaurant has morning market. I came here twice for breakfast.

In Amanjaya Mall, my uncle and dad did add on luggage in AirAsia kiosk. At here, you need pay for agency fee.

Jalan Dewa has food court; you can look some delicious food in here. Besides food, at here has street art but due to time constraints, I did not look for street art.

30th October 2018 (Tuesday) -31st October 2018 (Wednesday)

From Hatyai, we took bus to Penang and stopped at Komtar. Near with Komtar has 1st Avenue Mall and Prangin Mall. The time we reach Penang was quite late, we lunch at 3:00pm. For lunch, we just eat at a shop not far from our hotel. My dad tried for Dry Bak Kut Teh. In hot weather to drink çˆ±çމ冰/Jelly Ice, it is so nice! Fully satisfied!

After lunch, we went to malls that near with Komtar.

For me, I am not so familiar with GPS. After came out from mall, I did not know where is the direction back to hotel so I tried to use GPS on phone. Luckily I safety went back to hotel. Hehe..

At night, we went to food court. I ordered Fried Kway Teow or stir-fried rice cake strips. The stall owner fry it one by one so it took some time to reach me. It is quite oily. Beside Fried Kway Teow, I bought popiah for a try.

In Penang, must try for prawn noodle. The noodle is mix of noodle with vermicelli. It remind me of my mum because sometime when noodle is did not enough, she will mix with vermicelli.

After breakfast, we went around to look for street art. Finally, we did found the sister and brother ride a bicycle street art. The time we went still very early, so did not need queue to take picture. The wall painting was hand-painted by eminent artisan Ernest Zacharevic.

When back, we took flight from Penang to Kuala Lumpur (11:20am-12:30pm) and from Kuala Lumpur to Labuan (6:15pm-8:45pm). The flight back to Labuan been delayed that we reached Labuan on 9:30pm. In flight, I ate preorder dinner that was Bukhara Chicken Biryani.

We were quite early reach KLIA2, we planned to check in luggage first before go around. I just knew that check in luggage only allow three hour before departure. The time I went to KLIA2 was around Deepavali festival so you can see the decoration for Deepavali.
