This series of postcard features models of Eptison (cloth brand). In this year, Eptison celebrate 8th anniversary (2008-2016).

I have many parking tickets because my parking entrance card did not function well with one of the machines. Therefore I need to get a ticket to go in but when go out, the machine function well with parking card so I did not use the ticket when out. My parking tickets are getting more and more so I attached it with postcard to receiver.

This postcard can be cut and fold to become 8 Officers. It is one of the group dancing rites of folk belief in Taiwan, in total of 8. They are responsible for driving ghosts and devils. It plays an important role in the temple festivals in Taiwan.

When talked about New York, what you think about? On postcard showed Empire State Building (New York’s Observation Deck) with Chrysler Building (Art Deco-style skyscraper), Statue of Liberty and Times Square.

 Not sure whether you can see that this is Taiwan map postcard. It is handmade because I can saw that has 2 pieces of card stick together.

Man Jansen saw this painting in the Van Gogh’s museum. He likes it very much. This painting named “The Langlois Bridge at Arles”. 

This shaped bottle postcard is so beautiful. My postcard friend asked me to choose which country’s bottle postcard that I want and I chose Taiwan.

2016-07 Favorite Songs by Postcard Senders

Let me introduce my favorite songs of the month first. I heard of this song from TV and introduced to you. The song named “If I Lose Myself” by OneRepublic.

The favorite song for Julia from Indonesia is “Secrets” from OneRepublic too. She said that it is a very deep song with amazing music arrangement. The lyric is incredible.

OneRepublic is an American pop rock band and formed in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The members for this band are Ryan Tedder, Zach Fikins, Drew Brown, Eddie Fisher and Brent Kutzle- Wikipedia

The favorite song for Hong Ling from Taiwan is “Try Everything” from Shakira. The reason is currently she is having masters and busy in writing testis. She meet with uncertainty future therefore this song motivate her.

On June 2016, I made my first purchases in PurelyB. I bought rolled oat and garlic paste from there. As these 2 items bought from different vendors therefore the items reached in different times.

First, I received O’Choice- Organic Baby Rolled Oat @ RM 6.50. I bought it for making my overnight oat.

Baby rolled oats are thinly cut oats with fine texture processed by flaking for speedy preparation, easy to digest. They are introduced into babies’ diets to ease them into the transition from a milk-only diet to solid food. These oat flakes are also frequently used as toppings to garnish and add nutrition to baked goods.

Besides rolled oat, I also received some samples for a try and brochures.

On 20^th June, I received Basil Garlic Paste 100gm @ RM 16.41 but it was leaking. Therefore I contacted PurelyB via Facebook. The customer service person is good and nice, he helped me escalated the problem to vendor.

The vendor has 2 options for me to choose either refund or replacement. I chose for replacement so vendor sends the Garlic Paste to me. After few weeks, I received it but also has a little leaking but I did not inform them because it just small leaking. I think vendor should put the paste into a box and send out compare wrapping with bubble plastics.

Basil Garlic Paste packed with fresh organic Thai basil, garlic and spices, this paste will flavor meat, vegetable and even noodles, pasta or rice. It can use as a stir-fry sauce or marinade.

I use the paste when I fry the spaghetti and it taste good. Besides that, I also use it to marinade chicken.
