Nestum 3 in 1 American Ginseng

Nestle has launched the all new Nestum 3 in 1 American Ginseng which has the fantastic taste and aroma of Nestum wholegrain cereals with the added benefits 5 herbs: American Ginseng, Huai Shan, Long Yan Ro, Gou Qi and Yu Zhu.

Lets take a look of  the function of each herbs,

American Ginseng has a cooling effect. It is a Yin tonic that helps promote the secretion of Body Fluids, reduce heat in the body, helps to soothe the Lungs, quench thirst and aids to restore energy.

American Ginseng @花旗参

Wild yam has medical function such as promotes urination, lower blood sugar, lower blood pressure, antibiotic, anti-aging and improves digestive system.

Huai Shan @ 淮山 (Chinese Yam)

Long yan rou (edible part of the fruit) is act as tonic after illnesses, neurasthenia, forgetfulness palpitation and insomnia.

Long Yan Ro @龙眼肉 (Longan Fruit)

Wolfberry fruit is use for nourishes or tonify liver & kidney, brighten eyes and enrich Yin (dry lung) for consumptive cough.

In overall, the Nestum 3 in 1 American Ginseng is same as other Nestum wholegrain cereals that I drink except it has add in some herbs with it. This drink did not have strong smell or strong taste of herb and suitable with whom scared to drink Chinese herb.
